(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 23.05.2000 and 28.04.2000, Annexure P-12 and P-13 respectively, whereby recovery of ₹5,95,523.83 paise has been sought to be effected from the petitioner's salary for the period, from 01.04.1990 to 30.09.1998, on the pretext that he was wrongly paid salary as Lecturer out of the amount of grant-in-aid received from the State Government for the period, from April, 1990 to 30.09.1998.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 fairly contends that the issue already stands decided against the respondents vide judgment dated 10.12.2024, rendered in connected matters, CWP Nos.7605 and 7606 of 2000, setting aside similar orders of recovery against the petitioners therein.
