HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Amitabh Tewari, Advocate for the petitioner. *** Ms. Monika Tanwar, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1 by filing memo of appearance. She states that she has no objection if the revision petition is accepted and the impugned order is set aside, however, the trial Court be directed to dispose of the application afresh in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, in view of her statement, revision petition is accepted. The impugned order dated 2.3.2019 vide which warrants of civil imprisonment has been issued against the petitioner is hereby set aside issuing a direction to the Executing Court to decide the application in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the said Court.
