 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.222 dated 17.08.2014 registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak under Sections 323/325/307/452/506/34 IPC.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 21.01.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
