Crl. Misc. No. M-20557 of 2018 The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 83 dated 18.9.2017 registered at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala under Sections 363, 366-A, 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that it was a case of run away marriage and they had performed marriage and they have placed on record photographs. Counsel further submits that challan has been presented and charge has been framed and the girl has not been cited as a witness and the girl had refused to go with the parents and she is lodged in Nari Niketan.
