CRM-M-19585-2015 Colony, Balongi, District S.A.S. Nagar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 56, dated 22.5.2015, registered at Police Station, Balongi, District S.A.S. Nagar. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that during pendency of the present petition, the private parties have resolved the matrimonial dispute and effected a compromise before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. In view of above, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions, dated 3.7.2015, passed by this Court are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.PC.
