H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that as per her instructions, the petitioner has since been arrested on 22.12.2019, in another case bearing FIR No. 114 dated 4.3.2019, for offences under Sections 120B, 34, 420 IPC and Section 4, 5 and 6 of Prize chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, registered at Police Station City Fatehabad. Copy of that FIR has been placed on file. Faced with such situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
