This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal as Award has been set aside by the Tribunal on an application moved by the Insurance Company and subsequently after retrial a fresh Award dated 01.05.2025 has been passed. Since the Award has been set aside by the Tribunal itself, this appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. The appellant has independent right to appeal against the Award passed on 01.05.2025. 2.
