(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No.318 dated 23.05.2015 under Section 21(4) of Mines Act, 1952 registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat (Annexure P-1), final report dated 10.06.2019 under Section 24(4)-1 of Mining Act and Sections 166/218/120B/34 of IPC, 1860 (Annexure P-3) and order of framing charge under Section 24(4)-1 of the Mining Act dated 20.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other alternative remedy, as admissible to him, in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
