Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 43 dated 9.5.2015 under Section 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 12-A, 12-B of Passports Act, 1967, registered at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

On 7.8.2015, following order was passed by this Court :- "On request made by counsel for the petitioner, adjourned to 24.09.2015.

In the meantime, the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed subject to the following conditions: (i) He shall make himself available for investigation as and when required to do so.

(ii) He will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Mohinder Pal, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 7.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
