Learned State counsel has produced the copy of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by this Court, whereby the petitioner has been granted bail in this case, during pendency of the present petition after he surrendered before the trial Court on 05.04.2025 and deposited costs, specifically noting therein the fact that he was earlier on bail, however, since he failed to appear, the same led to cancellation of bail and being declared as proclaimed offender on 15.03.2013. 2.

In view of the above, the impugned order, which was ordered to be kept in abeyance on 05.03.2025, shall be of no consequence. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
