**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed inter alia seeking quashing of FIR No. 0166 dated 15.03.2019 under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Quilla, Panipat. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed an additional affidavit of Mr. Suresh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Panipat on behalf of respondent-State in Court today along with the judgment dated 10.02.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Panipat, wherein, the petitioner has been acquitted. Same are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition as the same has become rendered infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous in light of the fact that the petitioner has been acquitted.
