This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the petitioner and his family members from the illegal threatening and harassment being caused by respondents No. 5 to 8. 2.

The representation dated 21.02.2024 (Annexure P-2) is alleged to have been recently sent on 24.02.2024 through the registered post. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the said representation has not been yet received.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would pursue his representation with the official respondents. 5.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly since the representation has been recently sent, as such, the petitioner would pursue the same with the official respondents.
