(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing the FIR No.809 dated 07.05.2019 registered under Sections 195-A, 506 and 34 IPC with Police Station at Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise/agreement and affidavit (Annexures P-2 and P-3) and to stay further proceedings pending in the trial Court.

Pursuant to the order dated 16.03.2020 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, a report dated 22.05.2020 has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram. According to the same, none had appeared before the Duty Magistrate, Gurugram on 26.03.2020 and thereafter, as directed by this Court on 16.03.2020. The petitioners remain unrepresented today also. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed.
