The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 135, dated 15.07.2023, under Sections 420, 506, 120-B of IPC and Section 10 of the Immigration Act, 1983, registered at P.S. Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

On the very outset, in view of the observations made by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Rakesh Das v. State of Haryana and another [CRM-M-48043-2023 (O&M)] (Decided on : 12.11.2024) : Law Finder Doc Id # 2663704, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh and comprehensive one by impleading all the required parties.
