[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.
[2] This petition was filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 32, dated 6th February, 2020 under Sections 21 and 336 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.
[3] The arrest of the petitioner was stayed on 17th March, 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested in another FIR.
[4] Since the petitioner is in custody in another FIR, the present petition for grant of pre-arrest bail is disposed of with liberty PANKAJ BAWEJA 2022.02.02 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
