***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 so as to protect their lives and liberty as they apprehend threat to the same at the hands of the private respondents, who are opposed to their marriage.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Notice of motion had been issued on 31.3.2022. Learned State counsel has today passed on a photocopy of statements of the petitioners, wherein they have categorically stated that as of now they do not apprehend any kind of threat to their lives and liberty. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed off have been rendered infructuous.
