**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 120 dated 18.9.2014, under Sections 148/149/323/452/506 IPC (Section 325 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Rozka Meo, District Mewat.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ravinder, submits that in compliance of the order dated 30.6.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for the purpose of any further investigation. In view of the above, instant petition is allowed and order dated 30.6.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Sections 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of, accordingly.
