(ORAL) This petition has been filed for execution of Annexure P-1, which is a judicial order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.8801 of 2012 on 15.2.2024, whereby the petition in question was disposed of by holding that the issue involved therein with regard to encroachment of municipal lands belonging to the Improvement Trusts, has been addressed.

A bare perusal of the aforesaid order Annexure P-1 indicates that there is no direction, writ or order issued therein. In view of the above, there is no question of execution of an order in the absence of direction, writ or order.
