LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No. 59 dated 16.05.2017 under Sections 363/366 IPC registered at Police Station City-II Malerkotla, District Sangrur, along with consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Subash Chand, submits that cancellation report in the aforesaid FIR has been submitted on 12.03.2018.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage.

Dismissed as not pressed.
