R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 39 dated 29.04.2012 for offences under Sections 307, 458, 323, 324, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Rure Ke Kalan, District Barnala.

When the matter was listed on 15.06.2015, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though presence of the petitioner has been shown at the spot along with a lathi, however, no specific injury has been attributed to him. Challan was not presented against him. He was shown in column No. 2, however, later on he was summoned in an application filed by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Notice of motion for 6.7.2015.

In the meantime, the petitioner shall appear before the court below within 10 days from today and furnish his bail bonds."

CRM-M-19635 of 2015 -2deference to the order dated 15.06.2015, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and furnished the bail bonds. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 22.06.2015.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and interim bail granted vide order dated 15.06.2015 is made absolute. The bail bonds furnished by the petitioner before the trial Court shall continue during pendency of the trial.
