 In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that petitioner has been wrongly transferred from Narnaul to Yamuna Nagar vide impugned order dated 08.11.2013, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-3 whereas the petitioner could have been accommodated at a nearby station where the posts are still lying vacant.
