This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 93 dated 11.12.2014 under sections 406, 498-A IPC at Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Pal Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 11.06.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 11.06.2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
