**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 29.08.2022 (Annexure P-9) moved by the petitioner and to convert the status of petitioner's post from non-eligible Guest Faculty to Eligible Guest Faculty on e-portal/MIS.

After arguing for some ttime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner will move a fresh representation within two weeks from today and she would be satisfied if the said representation is ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. CWP-5510-2023 -2In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a fresh representation for redressal of her grievances, within two weeks from today, if so advised.

On her doing so, respondent No.2-Director General, Technical Education Department, Haryana, is directed to decide the said representation, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, by passing a speaking order, as per law.
