Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 14237 of 2022- titled as 'Mohit Dhukia and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 15.11.2023 hence the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions.

On the other hand, learned State counsel does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel of the petitioners herein above. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stand disposed of in the same terms and conditions passed in Mohit Dhukia ' s case (Supra).

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
