Ajit Singh ......Respondent ...

CORAM :

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK ...

Present :

Mr. B.D. Sharma, Advocate for the respondent. ...

1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?

2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order, at the first instance. Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent also fairly states that in case the petitioner files the revision petition against the impugned summoning order within a period of three weeks from today, he will not raise the issue of limitation.

In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
