The petitioner in this petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the petitioner from private respondents No.4 to 6 as the petitioner is apprehending danger to his life and liberty from them. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 17.02.2025 before respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda (Annexure P-1) seeking his help in this regard but no decision has been taken thereupon. 3.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda to look into the representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the restricted prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda to decide the representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner within some reasonable time and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
