The petitioner along with his two sons is alleged to have sprinkled kerosene oil on the complainant, his mother and two minor children while they were asleep and set them on fire, as a result of which the complainant also died of burn injuries, after the death of mother and two minor daughters of the complainant. It is a case of four persons having died of burn injuries. No ground is made out to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
