******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.338 dated 26.10.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") at Police Station Central Sector 17, Chandigarh. Heard.
Petitioner-Ravinder Dahiya is present in person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has deposited a demand draft of `53,50,000/- in Court, which was handed over to complainant and the same has also been encashed. Vide order dated 23.04.2019, interim bail was allowed to petitioner subject to payment of amount of `53,50,000/- and interest of `3 lakhs.

(b) In the event of his absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel his bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure his presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh. (c) He shall not leave the country without the previous permission of the Court.
