Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh submits that prosecution evidence is complete and statement of petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded. The case is now fixed for defence evidence and arguments. The plea raised by petitioner based on the statement of PW-3 HC Rasal Singh can be raised before the trial Court at the time of final arguments.

Keeping in view the fact that the case has reached the final stage of disposal and is fixed for defence evidence, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to raise all the pleas, taken in this petition, before the trial Court.
