(ORAL) 1.

The learned State counsel, on instructions given to him by ASI Ram Pal, submits, that trial as became entered into by the learned Magistrate concerned, upon the writ FIR, has culminated in a verdict of conviction, becoming drawn against the petitioner. He further submits that the learned Court concerned, has imposed sentence of fine, carried in a sum of Rs. 5,000/- upon the petitioner.

Therefore, the petition for quashing of the FIR concerned, does not survive, and, is disposed of as becoming rendered infructuous. 3.

However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the verdict of conviction, and, consequence therewith sentence (supra), as became imposed upon him.
