RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside FIR No.174, dated 03.08.2019, under Section 27 of NDPS Act and Section 304 IPC, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
