HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the relief claimed in the present petition, has already been extended to the petitioner and the only grievance which survives is the grant of interest on the delayed payment. Learned counsel submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having not been pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for claiming interest on the delayed payment. Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner claiming interest, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within eight weeks of filing of any such representation. Learned counsel further submits that in case the petitioner is found entitled for grant of interest, the same will also be extended to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of as having PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.07.22 18:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
