(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.659 dated 10.08.2022, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat, under Sections 323, 506 & 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 15.03.2023, report dated 20.04.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Samalkha, Panipat according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion, undue influence, misrepresentation. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.659 dated 10.08.2022, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat, under Sections 323, 506 & 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
