Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) According to learned State counsel, petitioner No.1 has been declared juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board. Thus, present petition does not survive qua petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition qua petitioner No.1 with liberty to move application before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty qua petitioner No.1.
As regards petitioner No.2, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition qua petitioner No.2 at this stage.
