The petition stands disposed off with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P6) within the framework of law. Meanwhile, in case any instance of threat is brought to the notice of the police by the petitioners, they will act into it expeditiously, in accordance with law.
