Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 327 dated 8.11.2014 under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar, Faridabad.

Heard.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his co-accused, who were armed with a revolver, had fired at Akshay Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2014. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2014, it would be just and expedient to order the GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.22 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
