(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the official respondents to consider and decide representation dated 12.1.2022 (Annexure P-5). Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, Haryana appearing on behalf of the State submitted that in case any representation has been filed, the concerned authorities will consider and decide the same as per law. Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 12.1.2022 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
