(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing/setting aside FIR No.0054, dated 16.08.2017, under Sections 323, 341, 452 and 34 IPC and DDR No.028 dated 30.08.2017, Police Station City Shri Hargobindpur, District Batala (P-1 and P-1A) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Heard.

The petitioners are relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which they have been raised in this petition, at appropriate stage.
