Cr. Misc. No.M-20681 of 2016 [2] The FIR in the present case has been got registered by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samrala. As per averments in the FIR a phone call was received, which was attended by the Reader of the Court in which the present accused stated that Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court was speaking. Later on the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate talked to the accused, who represented himself as Judge of the Supreme Court on the telephone and asked him to send IMO of `48,000/- in favour of one of his relative at Jharkhand immediately and then he also sent the text message giving the address. The matter was also reported to the District & Sessions Judge.

The learned State counsel also argued that another FIR of such type of matter is also there against the accused. Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
