Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 186, 332, 353 IPC at Police Station, Civil Line, Kaithal vide F.I.R No. 124 dated 27.4.2015.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Vilasha Ram, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated 12.6.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 12.6.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
