(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner (wife) is that she has solemnized marriage with respondent No.4 and she is facing harassment and threats from the family members of respondent Nos.4 and 5. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P-3) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot (respondent No.2), but till date no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot (respondent No.2), to look into the representation (Annexure P-3), filed by the petitioner and shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
