(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in FIR No. 102 dated 20.10.2017 under Section 342, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Women, District Palwal, Haryana.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Anita, submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the petitioner and the co-accused have been acquitted on 16.08.2018 by the Addl.
