On 25.02.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to become eligible, the claim of the petitioner for rounding off his marks from 39.52% to 40%, has erroneously been rejected by the respondent, whereas, similar issue has been considered by the Delhi High Court in W.P. (C) No.9628 of 2019 and connected matter, titled 'Manoj Kumar and another v/s. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)', decided on 03.08.2023 (Annexure P-11).

This Court finds merit in the submission, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, respondent is directed to reconsider the matter, and thereupon, pass a fresh order. List on 29.04.2026.

Copy of order, as shall be passed by respondent, be placed on record, on or before the next date of hearing." 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner stands duly redressed, inasmuch DEVINDER YADAV 2026.05.15 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-6400-2024 as the respondent has rounded off the percentage of marks obtained by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses satisfaction with the action taken by the respondent and submits that he does not wish to press the instant writ petition.

Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
