******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per affidavit dated 19/21.11.2016, the petitioner was ordered to be shifted to Central Jail, Bathinda on his undertaking that he will not incite the inmates there to go on strike. However, he was released on parole for the period from 9.9.2016 to 22.10.2016. He had jumped parole and thereafter did not surrender.

In view of the above, this petition has no merits. Dismissed.
