The present writ petition is for issuance of writ, direction or order to set aside seizure memo dated 14.02.2023 (P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that pursuant to order dated 02.05.2023, the goods of the petitioner has been released. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take alternative remedy, if so advised, in accordance with law.
