**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 122 dated 10.10.2015 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 9.3.2020 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Vide orders dated 16.3.2020 and 21.1.2021, the trial Court was directed to record the statements of the parties with regard to the genuineness and validity of the compromise.

In compliance thereof, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fazilka has submitted a consolidated report vide letter dated 16.2.2021 and as per the same, accused Sukhveer Singh and Prabjeet Kaur are proclaimed offenders.

Since there are two proclaimed offenders in the present case i.e. GURPREET SINGH 2021.04.08 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh Sukhveer Singh and Prabjeet Kaur, though they are not the petitioners

CRM-M No. 10949 of 2020 -2before this Court, no case for quashing the FIR on the basis of compromise is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
