SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.266 dated 30.07.2023 under Sections 147,148,323,506,379-B IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
