(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one while submitting that presently, the petitioner is on interim bail as granted in the wake of the out-break of COVID-19 and he would be filing a fresh petition as and when he surrenders back in the jail. Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana and Mr. Abhimanyu Batra, Advocate, who has appeared on behalf of the complainant in this case and has submitted his power of attorney in the Court (which has been placed on the file), submit that they have no objection to the afore-said submission and the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
