ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 11.01.2021 vide which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) was directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, submits that the representation of the petitioner stands decided and an FIR has been registered and thereafter, challan has also been presented in the case.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
