On the last date of hearing following order was passed in this case:- "Learned State counsel submits that challan has been presented in this case and charges have been framed. She further submits that petitioners can take their pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. There appears to be substance in the plea of the State counsel. As the trial is in progress, petitioners can take their pleas before the trial court. However, a request has been made on behalf of counsel for the petitioners for adjournment on the ground that he is out of station. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 9.12.2015. To be shown in the urgent cause list."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage. Prayer is not opposed by learned counsel representing respondents.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
